About Nourished Nights

Gentle, responsive sleep support for babies, children, and families. Every child is unique, that's why my approach is tailored to your child, your family, and your values.

It began long before it had a name

Nourished Nights began long before it had a name. It started in the quiet hours of the night, holding a tired baby, trying to stay awake, and wondering if you're doing any of it "right."

I've lived those moments. I've felt the exhaustion, the worry, and the hope that tomorrow might feel easier. Like so many parents, I learned that sleep isn't just about rest, it shapes how you feel, cope, and show up for the people you love.

As a mum of two boys, I've seen how sleep can transform a home, and how the lack of it can unravel even the strongest foundations. With a partner who experiences sleep apnoea, alongside my own sleep challenges, I've seen first-hand how poor sleep affects every aspect of life, emotionally, physically, and mentally.

With a career in Human Resources within the financial services industry, I've spent years supporting people through challenges with empathy, understanding and practical guidance. Those same values are at the heart of my approach to holistic sleep coaching. Returning to work after maternity leave reinforced just how essential good sleep is, not only for functioning, but for feeling present, resilient and well, both at home and at work.

Before becoming a parent, I immersed myself in gentle, responsive approaches to sleep so I could feel prepared and confident. With both of my children, I implemented these strategies in a way that supported healthy sleep without compromising connection or responsiveness. As I began sharing my approach with friends and family, they too saw meaningful improvements in their children's sleep.

That's what led me here.

Nourished Nights was created to help families achieve calmer nights in a way that feels gentle, supportive, and right for them. I combined my lived experience with advanced Level 6 OCN-accredited training in child sleep, development, feeding, health, and family-centred care.

My approach honours attachment, celebrates individuality, and rejects one-size-fits-all solutions. It recognises sleep as part of the whole child, their temperament, biology, emotions, sensory world, and unique story.

I believe children sleep best when they feel safe, understood, and emotionally connected, and I believe parents thrive when they feel supported, not judged.

Nourished Nights exists for families who want sleep support that feels calm, connected, and aligned with their values. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, clarity, and respect as you move towards calmer, more peaceful nights.

"Because when sleep feels nourishing, everything else becomes lighter."

The Nourished Nights Approach

🕊️ Gentle parenting principles

Support that never asks you to override your instincts or your child's needs.

🔬 Evidence-informed sleep science

Grounded in current research on how children actually sleep and develop.

💜 Attachment theory

Protecting the secure, trusting bond between you and your child at every step.

🌿 Holistic family wellbeing

Considering the whole child and the whole family — not sleep in isolation.

Sleep is never viewed as a behaviour to fix. Instead, we look at the whole child and the wider family system to understand what may be influencing sleep, and how best to support it.

Who I Support

I work with families who:

  • Want a gentle approach to sleep
  • Value connection and responsiveness
  • Feel exhausted and overwhelmed
  • Want support without cry-it-out methods
  • Are seeking practical guidance that aligns with their values

If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

A gentle note before you go

My role isn't to tell you how to parent. It's to support you in finding an approach that feels right for your child, your family, and your goals. Together, we'll move towards calmer, more peaceful nights with confidence and compassion.
